Workshop Capacity, Plant & Equipment

• Overhead Crane: being 17m x 54m, under hook height 6mtr with a lifting capacity of 6 tonnes
• Metal Cutting Guillotine: Up to 8mm Plate, 6mm Checker Plate cutting up to 3.2mtr wide
• Pearson Press: 155Tonne capacity to press 25mm plate on a 4mtr longbed
• Punch & Shears: 125Tonne capacity of up to 30mm holes in 25mm plate & 60mm holes in 10mm plate.
  Shears have a vast range of round punches & dies, punch stripping unit etc

Welding Capabilities

We have over 90 WPS developed & approved to AS 1554 & ASMIE IX using multiple processes & equipment. All of our employee's are tested & qualifications remain current to AS 1554 & ISO 9606 with the use of our qualification policies & procedure process.
