Our QMS is a very detailed System and has been developed this way to ensure the up most highest quality is completed and maintained.
We here at M&F Fabrications have highly skilled and knowledgeable craft to achieve the highest level of quality. We have over 100 Welding procedures in many codes and standards eg- AS/NZS 1554, AS/NZS 3992 and ASMIE IX. We pride ourselves having and maintain Certified/Qualified welders to many codes including ISO-AS/NZS 3834, welding Supervision and Welding Inspectors.
With these qualifications and systems being maintained we are even able to support Clients to achieve anything they require support for within welding processes for MMAW, GMAW, GMAWPP, FCAW,FCAWPP and GTAW.

Large Guillotine: Able to cut 8 mm sheet plate in 3m sheets
Section Rollers: All Small steel sections (SHS, RHS & CHS)
Pipe Bevellers: Able to bevel 450nb Pipe down to 50nb pipe.
Pipe Groove rolling equipment: Groove rollers for Victaulic clamping systems from 40nb pipe to 200nb Pipe
Tube and Pipe Benders: Perfect for fabrication of all handrailing
Mechanical Aids: 2 x forklifts, – 1 x 2.5T and 1 x 3.5T
We have over 100 WPS developed & approved to AS 1554 & ASMIE IX using multiple processes & equipment.
All of our employee’s are tested & qualifications remain current to AS 1554 & ISO 9606 with the use of our qualification policies & procedure process.
We also
have a wide range of equipment withing our workshop to be able to cut, form,
press, shape and weld for all ranges of steel sizes to be able to fabricate
pretty much anything that is required.
As part of our management systems is fall Workplace Health and Safety, where we have many policies and procedures in place to ensure all our Employees and clients are managed safely.
With all our Policies and Procedures, we have pre and post risk assessments to ensure change management is controlled all over the organization within our control in our workshop too site areas that are harder to control, from start of a project through to the final completion and handover of assets.
